I am going threw this right now.after seemingly some gains in girth,I been doing it for about 2 to 3 weeks now.but not very intensly or regularly.maybe 15 jelqa a day and then stretching.then I got “serious” and really did it,I experienced Extream turtling were my penis turned into a popcorn shrimp.I gave it a day of rest and when I had erections I uli’d and kegeled(pumped?) till I lost my erection.now it has withdrawn into the fat pad and is very cold,It is hot as hell here but I have the heater on to relax it.
I think what might be happening is I’m brusing myself when uli’ing although I only do it till it creats a non-painful tension around the base to trap the penis at a tense state(the objective for girth,smooth muscle right?) hot showers don’t really do it.it gets ‘erect’ constantly,it’s like pripism,but these erections are smaller and colder and retracted mostly inside of me.
I thought about stretching because I was thinking the same as big girtha,That if I let it retract it will “Heal” more inward,and then I would be in a loop with stretching.I seem to have lost some length when doing a flacid stretch and even my absolute flacid is thinner then normal.
I am taking a few aspriine now hoping in will reduce any potential inflamation and allow blood to flow smoother.
Now I been thinking about what this means to the PE routine.prehapes I should be pulling out stretching now threwout the day to make sure it doesn’t HEAL shorter?
Thats another thing my penis feels rubbery,and less um sensative, iu wouldn’t say numb just were I could run my nail across my skin before I felt it very sharp,now I feel it less,
Is this just the ‘toughening’ of the skin talked about?
I am also wondering if I should be edging(in this case simple having erections and kegeling,or flexing the erections) while healing,kegeling pulls the penis inward,prehapes kegeling when healing causes it also to retract,were at first I thought erection+kegeling would mean better results as the trauma area is being flush with rich blood,and the expanded shape is being filled.but My erection state is at it’s very hardest about 1/3 as small as my previous erection state,which is weird as I read the hardness was due to the smooth muscle expanding into the limits of the tunica.so if it is smaller yet still rock hard then what does this mean?that the tunica has SHRUNK?!
Prehapes part of the turtling phenomenom is caused by a contraction of the tunica which creats periphreal pressure that compliments to the muscular retraction?in which cause is the stretching I have done to expand the tunica(which it WAS working,bigger,longer)all gone having the tunica contracted in a toughening “DEFENSE” to the trauma of the jelqing/stretching?
Or are all of these temporary and the tunica will relax giving back it’s original side plus a little more room for soft muscle,in which case I would assume that the soft muscle would expand from the previous trauma of the uli’ing?
I have searched the forums(and others) and find that there is no real definitive understanding of this or everyone has their own openions
