I think it was Tex3 who used an upwards ADS thingy. I dont bother using upward angles for ADS, as the stretcher I used pointed down by default. I think this is fine, as long as your device keeps the penis in the extended state you will see the benefits of ADS.

The theraband stretcher in tutorials is a good one once you get the hang of it, and traction wraps are also good.
