ADS substitute for manual stretching
I just created a lil1’s Simple ADS found here lil1’s Simple ADS Tutorial. I was wondering if I could wear that for about 6 hours a day (until summer, then I’ll wear it all day; I am just nervous about wearing it too school) instead of manual stretching. So my routine will be wearing my ADS as long as possible and jelq before bed, with some kegels. Does that sound reasonable or no?
