B8,
Been here back and forth for years. Gave up on PE as I don’t see any true gains with most folks on Thunders and my journey hasn’t been great. I too lost all “gains” after a year of not doing it (many forms of hanging, jelq, and stretching). You appear legit to me. Anyway, would love to hear more from you. One avenue I’ve not tried too much of (due to pain) has been ADS. It seems like the attachment with sleeves has improved so I’m considering this approach. It would inspire me more than you know to keep this going buddy. Take care and good luck.”

Hi Monty:
Yes, I haven’t been active on this board but I can see that you really wanted my response and I didn’t want to let you down! In my own case, in the midst of my crazy plan to nearly double my size, I got married to someone who thinks my current size is just perfect. That really changed my mind set on all this. (Although of course it is tempting to secretly keep going… but I really take her for her word that she wouldn’t want it bigger… and this makes me feel like I’m ok again, after all the emotional trauma of the past.)
Anyway, you are correct that you will lose a bit of your gains if you don’t do a maintenance program. I lost about a half inch of my progress, but I’m still happy. I think you have to aim larger than your desired goal, knowing that it will shrink back down a bit. As far as ADS, If you are starting really small like I was, there simply isn’t much to grab from all day. I think you have to build up. If you already have enough of a grabbing point, then I’m sure it will work for you. In my case, the posts where the idea of “shocking” the cells really resonated with me and I seemed to have been able to break past my block when I did it that way. I interpreted this as doing several short but intense routines throughout the day. That seemed to have made the difference rather than one long routine. I also experimented with days off to let the cells heal. Hope this helps.

Now, this was 3.5 years ago or so. My thoughts are a “smidge” different and since I’m active, I’m trying to be tactful as part of a community. Then I was being direct. This man is a great man at TP and is a role model to not only me, but other smaller guys. He isn’t the only one. I’m digging today. My latest is Cantlook. Now, you know why? Not because I’ve read about everything about him. In fact, nothing really. It’s because of his picture documentation looks fantastic. Being blunt, I want what he’s proven (to me) he’s done. The same goes for Bennett8, but I know his story and that adds tons to his credibility. It is both, not just pictures. With Bennett8, he was so motivational to me, I came here and started posting my story.
Ah, I found your reference on clamping. My progress thread. That was in response to a troll who has been banned. Still what I believe though based on my research. I’m not sure how this relates to your question so maybe if you clarify?? I hope your’e sincere and not trying to pigeon hole me into a point you’ve not stated, but yes, I do believe Bennett8 and others too. I certainly do not believe everyone. Others may and that’s their right of course.
