The most noticeable gains I have gotten have actually been from wearing an broccoli band all night and relying on nightly wood. A broccoli band is a #81 rubber band with dimensions 2” x 1/2” x 1/32” so it is not just a thin rubber band that would put extreme pressure on a very small area. I recently bought one of these on aliexpress. I gather there are a number of different sellers and a range of sizes. I got a 45mm ID one.

I found it fairly easy to fit and quick to take off by unscrewing the two screws with the supplied screwdriver.

Having enough sleep hours is also important for a hard morning wood. Recently I can get only around 6 hours of sleep and there is no expansion for my morning wood.

If you have free time, afternoon nap is also very helpful for the ADC. I found that the morning wood with most blood pumped into your penis usually happens when you are about to wake up by yourself (I.e. Not from any kind of alarms), so enough sleep and nap is ideal.

Behind the balls ADCR causes extreme discomfort for me so I am pretty sure it isn’t a good thing. I do use BTB for clamp placement though, even that begins to throb/ache slightly after only the short seven minutes a clamp session is for me.

My 0.5 gains are holding steady, still not sure if it’s cemented, all good never been this fat before! 0.5 more and my target is gold. But from what I have read and feel the next leg of the race is going to have a much steeper incline. What about you guys?
