The most noticeable gains I have gotten have actually been from wearing an broccoli band all night and relying on nightly wood. A broccoli band is a #81 rubber band with dimensions 2” x 1/2” x 1/32” so it is not just a thin rubber band that would put extreme pressure on a very small area. Got em off Amazon if you care to try them out. Not the standard cock ring at all but it is the same concept really, a wide and gentle pressure.
The veins have seen a noticeable expansion as have the glans and even the urethra.
When I started PE years ago I was a 5”eg girth eventually leveling off at 5.5” bseg and after changing to this all night band method I am up to 5.8” bseg in a very short amount of time! Even my mseg is up to over 5.5” now when I was about a 5.2” before. I wouldn’t call these newbie gains because I have been in the game for years.
