I never thought to measure glans girth before I started, because no one said anything about gains there, so I have no before measurements to compare current to and I am going just on visuals. Couple months now, 8-12 hours a day every day. Worth noting that I am doing clamping straight into the ADC so I might not be giving any time for it to return to preclamped state and it is healing while still expanded.

Is this one even close in size or material? Could you post a photo so I know what to look for? I spent $30 on 2 sizes of this elbow sleeve but I will return it. I figured the strap could be used for an adjustable ADC aswell especially with the velcro.

thanks for posting, I woud never have guessed that it was so long. It looks like an ace bandage but is it actually a tube? You would get numerous pieces by cutting it into 1 inch lengths? I’ll continue to search for one.

It looks like you could use it under a clamp and just removed the clamp after your session. It should keep partial engorgement. Where did you purchase this sleeve?

For you guys using ADC, how do you place the penis in the underwear? Upward or downward? My penis always fall down when it become soft.
Also, does it need several erection during day time to have better gains? I found it difficult to get erection at work or at outdoor.
