This is just something I’m currently working on and seeing what the results are.

Basically what the idea is is doing shorter sessions of PE, but throughout the entire day. So, instead of say doing a one hour session at night, you do maybe four fifteen minute session throughout the day, maybe every couple of hours or so.

For me it’s not really structured like that. Basically I’ll do anything I can whenever I have time. Generally I’ll try to do something involving horses since you can get some decent intensity with them in a short amount of time. If you work all day, every couple of hours you could just go to the bathroom and do a few jelqs or horses or whatever.

The idea is to keep the penis expended all day long, not simply expand it for one long period of time once a day. This idea is not proven whateoever, it’s just something I’ve started doing. Since I’ve started I haven’t been back to my normal girth now in a few days, however I expect that if I did stop I would return. If I keep it up for long enough then hopefully it will become permanent. After reading aristocane’s thread I’ve also decided to stop taking breaks for the time being. I’m very experienced and I don’t see the point right now. Unless I get some really bad discolouration and want it to go away I’m not going to take any days off. As it is, no matter how intense my routines are I don’t seem to turtle afterwards. If I constantly do routines every day and never turtle, meaning I always stay above my normal size, I don’t see the downside. Also, doing a routine every day throughout the day should reduce the amount of discolouration you get from intense exercises. So if I just want to do some horses quickly I’ll start with some light ones and progressively make them more intense.

I’ve been going for a few days now without a break. I’ll report back when I get up to two weeks or so.

Interesting. I’ve been thinking about doing something similar with my regular pumping sessions spread out over the day. I’ll definitely be following this thread.

I take you’re doing mainly manual exercises. Do you clamp as well?

Mick, the idea to divide workouts throughout the day is not a abad one. Particulary for someone who doesn’t have the time or doesn’t want to do one workout of an hour.

Your routine, however…you seem to know what you are doing, so I won’t tell you the usual advice; a hell, just be careful. On the other hand, aristosane managed to enlarge his dick in girth abnormally, but he got so much discoloration, it looked like it was going to fall off.

Just watch for negative PI’s, and happy gains!

I do sort of something similar but strictly newbie routine based.

Kegels driving to and from work; I have a 45 mile drive each way and also I stretches and do 10 x Jelqs (7-10seconds each) each visit to loo.

Then kegels again when at my desk.

Kegels aren’t considering doing PE all day, kegels (though most don’t) should be done all day.

But this isn’t new is it? I’ve seen lots of people breaking up their routines, doing piss-pulls and what have you. Doing shorter stealthy sessions because of lack of time or privacy.

Or did I miss anything?

I would actually be clamping right now (I was doing aristocane’s rountine) but I have a little injury which I have to let heal before I start again. Right now it’s basically just horses, some flacid girth stuff, and some erect bends sometimes.

I am careful, I’m not really doing anything that intense at all. You just have to be careful of the discolouration because it compounds upon itself and can get darker if you don’t take rest days to let it go away.

Like Chicken said it’s good if you don’t have time to do everything all at once. I’m going on a tour of Europe soon with many other people and definitely won’t be able to do a long routine at any time, so hopefully this will work out a little bit for me to get in a few small sessions per day.

There’s a thread I started somewhere about a flacid girth exercise that I do. Just do a search… it’ll show up in the title. I might occasionaly also do some orange bends, but that’s rare.

Kegels set you up for PE, and should be a part of it. If kegels for some reason God only knows, cuases you to lose erection power then I would refrain from kegels.

there was an article about polyphasic sleep/workout routines similar to what you are suggesting. It as brought up a long time ago.
