Well 2 months have gone by with this new routine I have been trying.

I am now Approx 7.75 x 5 Inchs.

Once I know for sure that this is going good I will post the routine.


Starting Stats: (Aug.3/07) // Flaccid: 4.5" / NBPEL: 7" (From Top) 7.5" (From Side) | Loosing 0.5" From Curve In Unit. / EG: 4.5"

Goal: // Flaccid: 5.5" / NBPEL: 8" (From Top) / EG: 5.5"-6" / Work out my curve. (Gain 0.5" from working out curve)

I’d say a 1/2” newbie gain in two months wouldn’t be too remarkable, but an inch certainly is. Go ahead and post your routine.

The routine plz :) .1” in 2 month sounds almost impossible. Any one else had this good results?

Hope regained

Hi I am doing weight practise with bricks since Nov2 2005. I nearly gave up hope from yesterday the change has become evident. At pallid state it is an inch longer. I started at 500 grams now I can hang 4000 grams distributing the weight on 2 powerful loops for one hour comfortably. I have made my own contraption I.e loops with cables.Now I believe it works!Can any one suggest some herb or other method for faster and terrific results.Pl be honest!

Are these newbie gains? Or are you already a bit longer into “business”

I can remember that my newbie gains were about 0.8” in 3 months from a simple stretch & jelq 1h/5on2off-routine

Okay, lets clear this up. It was .75 gain in NBPL and .5 gain in girth. I “stretched” the limits a bit. ( I’ve been PEing and experimenting for close to a year now.) I did 5 days on 2 days off. Pure MANUAL PEing. No weights, clamps, pumps, nothing except my own to hands. I did, 10 minute manual stretch, 15 minute jelq session and 25 horse 440’s. (For some reason I have a feeling these methods are the most amazing methods right after a jelq session.) TWICE a day. Please keep in mind I conditioned for a GOOD 3-6 months. Before and after each session I would do a warm wrap for 5-15 minutes depending on how my unit felt, also I would “massage” my unit after each one to re-leave all the stress in the muscle, tendon, and cells.

Hey P101,

I’m glad to hear you gained purely from MANUAL PE! I also do the same - 5 days on 2 days off - & wish to refrain from using any type of non-manual PE exercise/s.

I’m only coming into my 4th month & still on the newbie routine, I might just stick to this routine till a year has passed before attempting anything like Horse440’s! Mind you though, I have recently thrown in some manual clamps (6 x 30secs) after my jelqing sessions. Hope it doesn’t seem like I’m pushing it too much!
