It’s not safe to tell a girl that. BP measurements are good for tracking PE progress. But they are lousy for telling your size to the rest of the world, unless you have a very minimal fat pad.
I agree. BP is not “cheating” or “deluding” ourselves for our purposes (i.e., accurately tracking gains, seeking uniformity to monitor progress, not dependent upon bodyweight changes or fluctuating levels of water weight) - but to tell women your BPEL (especially if you measure aggressively), would be misleading - especially if she’s been with an NBP the size you’re naming with a BP.
I agree that BP does reveal additional “usable” cock (such as when you’re really grinding into her pubis), but what you’re “presenting” to the world is not BP. That’s like sucking your gut way in for a waist measurement, or tip-toeing for a height measurement. Not a good idea.
I believe that BP is a fair measurement to tell a female. For example:
Let’s say my BP is 7 inches and my NBP is 6.25. These measurements are only what your penis looks like to you. When the girl sees your dick from the side, it is much bigger. When I measure my penis on the side, it is more like 8 inches. I don’t think a girl would be disappointed if I told her it was 7 inches, because from the side it looks like more. Remember, the owner of the penis sees it smaller than anyone else.
