So every newbie thread will now be spammed with thousands of ‘use search button’ responses? I feel sorry for the next batch of newbies :D

The thing is, if we guide them well and take a serious interest then they could end up giving us some pretty valuable feedback.

True, but there is a limit when people ask to be spoonfed. I’ve pointed this out to a few members that since have made improvements.

I guess so. As long as they ask a specific question, rather than just post asking you to tell them what to do, I’d imagine it’d be okay just to give them some basic advice.

If the senior members do the ‘use the search button’ response, it gives the mods more time to do the ‘read the forum guidelines’, ‘use your shift key’, and the ‘here is a link to the “does masturbation affect gains” thread’ responses.

We all have to chip into any ‘quick jelqing question’ threads :) Except Mr. F of course. He’s unintentionally volunteered himself for all the new hangers questions.

To be honest I don’t mind that much. If I’m confident in my ability to help (with regards hanging etc.) then I’ll absolutely post.

I guess I’ll have to pick up on all the non-newbie related stuff, just to look as though I’m doing my bit.
