Any Ideas About Frequency / Recovery Times?
I was just wondering whether anyone had experimented with different frequencies of workouts, and what they had learned from them. Basically, what I mean is whether it is beneficial to stretch in the morning, evening, and generally throughout the day, or if that would actually hinder gains.
How long do you guys think I should have between stretching sessions? In your experience, is it beneficial to fit several sessions into a day, or would it be wiser to leave it as having just the one session in the evening.
By the way, my routine is basically just manual stretching, as length is more important to me at first, and as I’m generally at home a lot now, it would be easy for me to fit several sessions in, if this would help my PE.
