Anybody here who does manual work for 1 hour up
Hi guys,I’m searching for a new routine because I think I have to quit hanging.
So my question.Is anybody here who do or did a manual routine for 1 hour or more?
If yes, please write down your routine,the time you invested into it,how long you did it and the gains you have made with it.
Another questions:
Do you think it’s possible to gain only from stretching?
Can I do only the “normal” stretches and can I renounce/waive to the so called “advanced” stretches?
