When doing a Horse 440 squeeze you kegel the blood in before setting the clamp hand. Once the hand is in place you then grasp around the glans and squeeze for an allotted time that YOU choose.
Thanks millionman, very helpful, I’d been applying the grip in the reverse order, glans first. Setting the manual clamp hand first does improve the expansion.
