Anyone swear by horse 440 squeezes

What has been your ultimate routine? How fast and how much have you gained doing them along with other exercises? Did you do ULI’s and Clamping at the same time?


Started: Bpel 7 mseg 4.5

Current: Bpel 7.5 mseg 4.75

Goal: at least 8.5X6.5

Doing Kegals has been the only thing that has given me absolute results. I got an inch back (Got it back, not gained) due to harder erections because I do the kegals so much. Other PE workouts have not given me much success as of yet. Don’t get me wrong, I will see an increase in size after a while, but it never seems to stick. Maybe it’s just the way my body is made.

I was visiting family in El Paso for three weeks I think and during that time I did a manual routine in the shower. The last two weeks I added Horse440’s and when I got back to school my length had went from 9.2 to 9.4”.

I believe they can be a pretty powerful exercise that can contribute to great gains if you’re conditioned enough. I just do them occasionally now though so I think you’re going to need a second opinion.

I may need to be more conditioned to do horses. I took a break off pe and came back doing horse’s, after like 7 sets I was very full and pumped was and after a particular set I felt less engorged and full. I might have fatigued a capillary or something. These seem more risky than clamping.

Goal: at least 8.5X6.5

I have tried the horse 440 in the past, but i don’t think I do them with enough pressure in fear of hurting myself. I will tell you this, if you do them at a lower erection level, you will get a much better expansion.

This exercise scares the shit out of me though and I limit myself to doing them only once in a while.

So they are not only great for adding girht but they can also increase length? Whoa! I need to do some research. Where do your stats sit right now?

I like them even though I haven’t gained much in girth.

I get a greater temporary girth expansion doing the horse 440 than I do with clamping.

I do think they are a good exercise, if you listen to your dick carefully.

I do something similar to horse’s - while base squeezed with a 100+ erection level I reverse jelq my glans which realy(really) pump the shaft. Once a good amount of blood is transferred from my glans to the shaft I then squeeze the glans to engorge the shaft even more(Horse 440 squeeze).

In my personal opinion (and I have been around the PE block a few times), Horse 440s are one of the most strenuous PE exercises discussed in these forums. You have to be _really_ conditioned to even dare to take them on.

I have not been peing for that long (3 months) and I keep reading that exercises such as horse 440s and orange bends etc. Need a very well conditioned dick. I don’t know if it is just me, but for some reason I think that my dick can repair itself much quicker than others. I started on the newbie routine for a month and gained very little. After that month I pretty much just said fuck it I’d rather try and gain some girth (mine was at around 4” at this time and I was really self conscious about it) using these advanced techniques so I started doing orange bends. Up until a few days ago I did these and was up to 4.3” and then the gains slowly tapered off so I started trying horse squeezes. And I must say these are the greatest things in the world! In a week I’ve gone from4.3” to 4.45”!! No joke only after 2 sessions!! Something weird that I find though is that I will do them and not receive very much expansion compared to the o-bends (maybe .25”) and then my dick will go back down to it’s original size in a few hours. But I’ll wake up the next morning and my dick will be bigger. And then I’ll wake up the morning after that and go to do some PE and my dick will be even bigger. Anyone experience something similar?

I havent understood how to do horse 440 and orange bends. Although i searched a lot i really havent understood. Can someone give simple instructions.

Manual clamp at the bottom, and do the same under the glans, with the rest of that hand squeeze the glans.

I credit the incorporation of Horse 440’s for a lot of my girth gains, as Westla pointed out in a thread somewhere it works the underside really well, I have noticed that area looking very thick recently.
