Beware of Horse 440's/Isolated Compression Squeezes
The other day ago I had a great erect jelqing/ULI session doing a couple supra slammers and then later on in the night I decided to do a little before bed slammer work. This was a overzealous mistake because eveything was going good but then I tried once again to do a Horse 440 squeeze since I was handling the ULI’s extreme pressure well. What do you think happend? The damn horse squeeze gave me a little blister on the bottom of my shaft! :( I know it was the Horse squeeze because I had not been doing them for a long time due to the exact same problem but stupid me forgot about that, lol (I got a little blister a while back ago doing Horse squeezes, the same stupid blister!). The blister from before is gone now, I even PE’d right through it while it was healing but it took a month or two and I alaways told myself it was probaly just a pimple (I guess to ease my mind but I honestly didnt know what it was and now I do). The blister left a little tiny white scar looking like mark but it’s no big deal and I’m sure there is a way to fix that little problem if I ever need to, also it could have been aggravatd as well.
One other thing to note about that hard bump like blister I got around the skin surface area of the bottom of my penis shaft was I did what I thought was reasonable (some of you may think I was nuts) but I used my fingernails to puncture a hole on the shaft skin surface so I could drain whatever fluid was built up there thinking maybe this would allow the healing process to be faster. Stupid but sometimes stupid ideas work in life. So I pinched that little area with the hole on the bump and blood slowly drained from there for a little bit but the bump is still there so it must be something more solid like a problem with the fascia or burst blood vessel near the skin surface. I only document this to let others know what people have done to help others who expierence this…
It’s strange to me how the ULI’s were working fine for me generating good high pressure but it seems the Horses did the most damage. Of course I had not done them in a while and carelessly was squeezing a little to hard in the head area generating a little too much pressure. You really need to be very careful with how you execute these advanced PE excersizes.
So a warning to anyone out there PE’ing. I would say to you don’t start any heavy girth excersizes like clamping, horse squeezes, ULI’s, erect jelqing or any of that until you truly are conditioned after a few months of PE with regular jelqing and manual stretching. Beware of the Horse 440’s or any girth work for that matter! This is a case of overtraining and I have learned you can overtrain from both girth type PE excersizes (high pressure squeezing and jelqing) and regular length work PE excersizes (ADS, hanging, manual stretching, extenders). Beware.
