Horse Squeezes

Hello. I’m sorry if asking for instructions in a post is bad form, however, I’ve spent a couple of hours surfing this site and can’t find what I’m looking for.

Can someone give me instructions for Horse Squeezes or give me a link that has instructions?

Keep in mind that you are asking for instructions to the exercise that has been responsible for more injuries than any other that I can think of.

This exercise is NOT for beginners. It raises the internal blood pressure of the penis to dangerously high levels. Many have done themselves permanent injury.

Having said that, the name of the exercise is the “Horse 440”.
