Anyone TRULY actually gain from jelqing

Now that you mention it. I did too. My EQ was better and my dick stayed straighter. I have developed a slight up curve. Not much. Just enough that I notice it. Maybe a couple mm over my entire length. I did notice that in semi erect state I hung out more. Completely flaccid I turn turtle regardless of jelqing.

Been Jelqing for a couple of weeks and haven’t gained anything. I think I’m gonna try to gaining length with stretching.

My routine is very simple

I do a 5 minute warm up with very hot water, then I wet jelq sitting straight down 10, right 10, left 10, up 10, repeat for 200, I am working up to 400 per session around 25 a week. Each stroke I take is very slow and precise, if I don’t feel that the grip is right I stop and redo it to feel that blood moving. I use coconut oil and then I do a warm down in the shower and then a 5 minute very cold water cool down to finish and apply another coat of coconut oil for the night. I do apply a lot of pressure to the stroke and use more of a pinching grip, where most of the pressure is on the sides. I have a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule, I do 50 2-3 kegels twice a day and edge after every other session.

I also work out 6 days a week and take whey protein after every workout. I take a BCAA pre and during work out. Supplements are a multivitamin, ginkgo biloba, green tea extract, EFA, and l-arginine 1 hour before work out and lastly a glucosamine sulfate before bed. I am on a high protein med carb low fat diet.

Now I agree that is a large amount to begin and I thought for sure it was incorrect and chalked it up to miss measure on beginning until the other night. I was with my girl and usually she DT me pretty good but this time she had a hard time and I noticed it, she even remarked about how she was having trouble. Then when I was standing she said it just looks bigger which was enough proof for me. She knows I have been obsessed with working out and chalks it up to me working out and eating tons of protein. I know it is the PE and the workouts, food, and supplements. Working out produces tons of testosterone and growth hormone which can hurt in the PE department.

I do feel that these are quick gains in with will slow but I am adding the PE to my workout routine and I am very dedicated to it.

I have been jelqing for a month and seemingly have no gains to show. I had an epiphany last night and realized that I wasn’t getting any “pump” during the jelqs, I was just basically jacking off really slowly.

So last night I started kegeling all the blood I could before each jelq to get maximum expansion, when the OK grip reached the end of the jelq, I could definitely feel pressure at the end of the penis that I’ve never felt before. After the session I felt that my penis had definitely gotten a workout whereas before not so much.

So I know that it’s been mentioned lots of times before on the forum but just want to reiterate here: GOOD FORM is ESSENTIAL. I think jelqing is perhaps more nuanced than mechanical PE and requires skill. If you do it wrong you may very well see no gains at all.
