Anyone TRULY actually gain from jelqing

I switch up the grip throughout the workout to make sure I hit every part. I start off with an underhand OK grip. After a few minutes of upward jelqing, I turn my palms face down and do some downward jelqing. Occasionally, I’ll do some jelqs to the sides. I always squeeze behind the glans and stretch my dick out on every other stroke or so.

What kind of grip you use depends on the curvature of your dick and the size.

My pipe is 7.25 with a slight upqard curvature, erection angle at 10 oclock

When starting off, your grip should clamp the penis from the top and bottom. This gets the blood in faster. After awhile, your jelqs should be clamping the penis from the sides. You need to isolate, then do combination jelqs where your grip puts pressure on all sides.

The total time I do manual stretching and hanging for that matter is variable thoughout the day. I have no set routine. I am mostly at home these days, so I have lots of free time to expierement and do PE when I feel it will benifit my gains. There also is no schedule that I go by, I only rest when I feel my dick has been really been worked from the past few days with PE. I rest until my dick is about 80%-90% healed so I can continue with the stretching and hanging with my dick not being completely strengthend from too much rest I theorize having if your penis is too healed from rest then it will make gains come a little slower because you have to rebrake the strengthed and tightend (not loose) tissue of the penis back down, which should mak it take longer to achieve gains.

As for the tunica, based off my expierence and knowledge I would say I mostly hit the ligament area. But I don’t just try to target the suspensory ligaments anymore from manual stretching and hanging. I try to target all the fundiform ligaments and suspensory ligaments attacking various angles till I have a nice soreness all around like a circle around the circumference at the base of my penis where the pubes begin and my dick comes out. Working to fatigue through hanging and manual stretching around these areas have given me most of my gains. I am still working on a good way/angle-and-position to target my tunica correctly so I can concentrate some work on that area as well. I understand that you know you are working the tunica correctly when you feel the soreness on your whole shaft area after manual stretching or hanging. I have felt this a few times but have not got around yet to expieremented enough to find the sweet spot for hanging or manual stretching to alaways achieve these soreness affects for the tunica so I can get cell growth (gains) there as well. I’m sure soon I will someday; can’t wait! :)

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

About ten months ago, my erect length was under six inches, and girth just under five. I had chosen to be celibate for about three years prior to that point. After meeting someone last June with whom I wished to become intimate, I really worried about my penis size. I can’t recall for the life of me where I had heard of jelqing, but after typing the word into a search engine, I discovered Thunders.

I am a naturally sceptical man, but being uncertain about my penis size prompted me to give jelqing a try. This led to me following a very basic routine found on this site. After enjoying my experience with just jelqing for three months, I later incorporated pumping. My routine remains fairly conservative, about every other day for around twenty minutes.

The results after ten months? My erect penis is always at least seven inches in length non-bone pressed, and at least seven and a half inches bone pressed. Mid-shaft girth is now always at least five and one eighth inches, sometimes five and a quarter. Base is always five and a half inches girth (base girth extends one inch from fat pad).

When I recollect my pre-celibate sexual history, I have no doubt that my penis was smaller. In fact, I do recall taking a measurement in my mid-twenties, with non-bone pressed length around six inches, girth at five inches or just under. I can see and feel the difference most definitely.

The woman I’m now with? She always says something about my penis’ size (unsolicited) like “Look at you! You’re big!” She can feel me bottoming out inside her, and often asks me to be careful. So, to her, my penis is a good size.

For me, I don’t need any more length, and I’m content with my girth, especially the circumference around the base. I am more interested in cementing a 5 1/4” mid-shaft girth, but hell, I haven’t even been in this PE game for a year yet!

This sceptic is 100% convinced that jelqing works. No going back for me!

In my first 7 months of PE, I did nothing but basic jelqing. I gained 1 1/4” from that alone. Yes, it DOES work. Just follow the newbie routines and work yourself up in time/amounts, and intensity of workout. All wet jelqing should be done with a moderate to low erection level (under 70%). IMO dry jelqing is better for girth, but many have attested length gains to that as well.

You have to experiment with it. Have fun with it. Just don’t kill yourself trying to get gains…I did, kinda, so be careful.

All my length gains have been due to dry jelqing. IMHO I think that most guys can be place into one of two groups.

1. some guys gain length more easily than girth.
2. some gain girth more easily than length.

Reading through variouse post on this excellent site, you will often find guys asking for help, because they find it very difficult to get an increase in girth. Or those that have difficulty getting an increase in length.

Than there are the lucky ones who can gain both length and girth easily. (The luck B*st*rds).

I feel that I am more predisposed towards making increases in lenght, yet I find it very difficult to increase in girth. This is true for me wether I dry jelq or wet jelq.

What do some of you think about this?

Just a word of warning when clamping from the top and bottom. There are a lot of nerves running through there, so too much pressure will cause loos of sensitivity. It’s ok to do it, just be careful how tightly you clamp down.

Now that is different. What is your erection percentage when you dry jelq 7of9. You rarely hear of guys gaining length from dry jelqing. It’s usually wet jelqing. Just curious. I will admit that your statement has merit. There does seem to be easy gainers and hard gainers in all aspects of PE. If you are an easy length gainer you will gain length from just about anything.
