If you gain from jelqing alone, the fact is you would have gained more by using stretches before and after jelqing.

Standalone exercise = Good

I gained 0.5” BPEL and 0.7” EG from jelqing and stretching alone. Honestly, though, I was incredibly lazy with my stretching, so I think most of my gains in both dimensions were due to jelqing.

Certain grips place pressure on different parts of the penis. If you aren’t gripping the proper places on your dick you might not build up enough pressure in your penis to affect it positively.

Being a two month newbie, I agree completely with MM. At 57, there must have been some regression over time, because you can actually feel it pulling out those first times. Moderate jelqing and stretching gave me 1”” bPEL and nearly 3/4 girth. As a teenager we are walking hard-ons, but it was never this large, and never felt as healthy. If I never gain another cm, I will be happy and grateful for this site and the people on it.

I think we are straying from the original question a bit. He originally asked if people gained from jelqing alone. There is really no question that a great number of guys gain from jelqing and stretching.

Jelqing to me is mainly for girth. I’ve been jelqing seriously for 4 months and I’ve gained a 1/2 inch in girth. Jelqing and horses is the only technique I use. As far as length, I would say I’ve gained only about 1/8 of an inch. 6 inch in girth to 6 1/2 inch midshaft is pretty remarkable in just 4 months. keep jelqing religously guys!

Damn, this should’ve been in my last post. Anyway, jelqing alone do not work as much as incorporating Horses into your routine. Horses and jelqing yields better results.

I’ll just add my expierence here with jelqing and stretching here. I don’t want to brag but I have gained 2 inches in length in less then the 5 months I have been PE’ing. How did I do this? I religiously every day did medium to very intense manual stretching (sometimes multiple sessions per day until I felt a nice soreness) and just in the last 2-3 weeks took up hanging and have just broken my plateau I got from just doing manual stretching.

I would say 98% of my gains are from manual stretching (in many various positions and excersizes until my hands couldn’t do get the gains I was getting earlier) and now hanging luckily allows me to easily transition into getting more length gains. As for jelqing, I always thought through my expierence that that excersize is mainly for girth and too much of a waste of time for to figure out if how long I have to jelq for length, how erect I need to be for length gains in jelqing, etc. I was too busy making length gains fairly rapidly from manual stretching and hanging to ever really give jelqing a shot. I actually gained a little girth from 30-min jelqing sessions for about two weeks about a month ago but then stopped because I noticed the new girth although great ended up taking away a little bit of my length gains honestly. So I went back to manual stretching realized I was on a plateau and commenced hanging.

I know girth is great but I at least want a NBP 8x6” cock and the fastest easiest way I see to achieve this is to tackle the length first through hanging and manual stretching and then target the girth with clamping and all the girth type excersizes after I have gotten my length goal. So there are 2 phases to my PE plan.

I say stick with jelqing if you like it. It doesn’t give me any length gains that I care to waste my time trying to figure out but everyone is different.

How long (time total a day) do you do manual stretching? Is it mostly for the tunica or to hit the ligs?
