I’ll just add my expierence here with jelqing and stretching here. I don’t want to brag but I have gained 2 inches in length in less then the 5 months I have been PE’ing. How did I do this? I religiously every day did medium to very intense manual stretching (sometimes multiple sessions per day until I felt a nice soreness) and just in the last 2-3 weeks took up hanging and have just broken my plateau I got from just doing manual stretching.
I would say 98% of my gains are from manual stretching (in many various positions and excersizes until my hands couldn’t do get the gains I was getting earlier) and now hanging luckily allows me to easily transition into getting more length gains. As for jelqing, I always thought through my expierence that that excersize is mainly for girth and too much of a waste of time for to figure out if how long I have to jelq for length, how erect I need to be for length gains in jelqing, etc. I was too busy making length gains fairly rapidly from manual stretching and hanging to ever really give jelqing a shot. I actually gained a little girth from 30-min jelqing sessions for about two weeks about a month ago but then stopped because I noticed the new girth although great ended up taking away a little bit of my length gains honestly. So I went back to manual stretching realized I was on a plateau and commenced hanging.
I know girth is great but I at least want a NBP 8x6” cock and the fastest easiest way I see to achieve this is to tackle the length first through hanging and manual stretching and then target the girth with clamping and all the girth type excersizes after I have gotten my length goal. So there are 2 phases to my PE plan.
I say stick with jelqing if you like it. It doesn’t give me any length gains that I care to waste my time trying to figure out but everyone is different.
