Well welcome to Thunder’s Place where you get the same techniques for free also (and a whole lot more) and without having to pay $200 for a 3/4 or 1 pound weight. I’m sure it wouldn’t cost more than $10 at Walmart to buy what you need to do the same thing.

Just think you saved yourself $190, (enough to send Thunder a donation) :)
