Hey guys I’ve been out of the loop for a couple of months…but I’m back! BTW, I didn’t get searched for my BIB at the airport…..
I picked up my golf weights from Walmart….
1. Can someone explain the whole set up again for the ADS/traction wrapped thingamajiggie? You guys are using thera right?
I can say this…it seems a lot better than traction wrapping by itself…I tried this and didn’t think to much of it…however it might be more beneficial when I move to girth training.
This ADS stretcher with weights seems very good for hangers as well……This might be very beneficial for us especially when not hanging…..if i could sleep with this thing on I’d be very happy…..that way the stretched out ligs from the day’s hanging would heal in an extended state for sure…..
2. Anybody sleep with their golf weight ADS on? I’m tellin you guys..this thing is bigger than it seems….
Get back to me with the set-up….
I’m also working on another “invention” to help hangers as well….
