Are A/V stretches hurting me?
Hi everyone. I’ve done PE off and on for 2 years. I had a big break, and have been back at it solid for over a month. I have been doing the newbie routine, except I do A and V stretches instead of angled stretches. I found my ligs have become too conditioned over the years. I am getting good length results with my A and Vs, but I’ve noticed I don’t have morning wood often, and today my flaccid hang was bad. I have been under a ton of stress lately, so it may be that. But I remember during jelqing you shouldn’t press on the dorsal vein, so doesn’t a V stretch do exactly that? Should I quit the AVs until one more month of newbie routine is under my belt?
