So a year has passed has anyone tried this and actually gained results? I have been off the forums for awhile, and I know the whole controversy had come up about his credibility. As far as that discoloration goes, I had some pretty bad discoloration. To remove what he had, it would take months of a break with no PE. Any PE would cause the discoloration to resurface, and you would definitely lose some gains from not PEING for all that time.


Starting Stats: 6.5 Inches In Length By An Estimated 4.75 - 5 inches in girth

Current: 8.00 x 6-6.25 Inches In Girth

Goal: 8.75 length x 6.75 girth Although at this point seems impossible with slowing gains.

Probably all kind of PE cause discoloration.

In my case I got some discoloration from double clamping, a discoloration starting 1” above the base.

I haven’t stopped PE but I have changed clamping with pumping and manual clamping and squeezes.
I continue to have good gains but with a lower level of danger.

My discoloration is almost vanished.

For what I know, clamping does work (at least for many). But has his negatives; discoloration isn’t the main one: clamping is maybe at the top of dangerous PE methods, according to vets opinion.

Yes it is the most risky. That O-bends and Uli’s if not done correctly.
The only negative I’ve experienced is discolouration. But then my penis is dark anyway so thats not so much of a big deal.
The second is probably the lymphatic fluid buildup. But then this seems quite a common problem with any girth related PE methods.

IMO, Aristocanes Extreme clamping does work. But has to be well timed with jelqing, decon breaks and use of some kind of anti-turtle method after workouts. As well as a good stretching regimen.
The problem I found with clamping this way is that it takes up so much time. But you do see results, and they do stick if you do the other exercises mentioned above.

Most of my gains have come from clamping, jelqing and stretching. But only really kicked in once I added serious clamping to my routine.
