How do you fix the condom at your base?

You told me you use a condom to regain sensitivity.

I basically wear underwear that are snug enough so that things
do get moved around too much. Every time I use the bathroom,
I readjust it. It tends to constantly cover the area from my
circumcision scar to the tip, which is the crucial area for me.
However, keeping the shaft covered has caused it to gain
some pleasurable sensitivity that it didn’t seem to have before.

If I wear loose boxes, it’s guaranteed to come off.

By the way, the advice to do this was originally from Dr. Dean Edell.
It’s amazing what feelings have been lost due to being circumsized
and having the exposed skin loose feeling. The condom will help,
and it sure is easier than foreskin restoration.
