Avoid curve straightening?

Avoid curve straightening?

I have an upward curve and I would not want lose it with PE.

Is it unavoidable or do you think doing jelqs while gently moving the penis upwards towards the glans (as if you were molding it) could help to maintain it?

Length gains in the tunica come with a side benefit of straightening the curve for the most part. If you don’t want your curve to change get your gains via clamping and pumping.

I would think if this is a long term effort, you’ll lose some curve
