I haven’t done any pe work for quite awhile and I think I’m ready to get back into i. I’ll be starting with the basic newbie routine, 2 on 1 off for a couple months. I’ve just learned of the lot theory and decide I have a lot of 9. Can anyone tell me how to use this info to maximize my gains?

Lot theory is just a theory. After all these years, a lot of people have figured out that it doesn’t really help. I say you start with the Newbie Routine and see where you go from there. Welcome back.


Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Newbie routine seems like the way to go. Minimizes your risk of injury, while maximizing your conditioning and potential for growth. Good luck.
