Bad sleeping pattern messing up EQ?

Last few weeks I have been going to bed mega late, like 4 am plus.

I like PE’ing in the night, feels more relaxing. So if I PE at 1 am, then go to bed at 4 am would I be right in thinking that as my circadian rhythym is thrown out of joint so is my morning wood? My EQ last few days has not been great and I cant recall waking up with wood for a few days now due to forementioned circumstances above.

Obviously the answer is to PE earlier andgo bed earlier, but was wondering on the rejuvanting properties of morning wood, as I seem to recall before that when that was strong (you know PE induced wake you up in the middle of the night strong) that my EQ was too…

Yes, a bad sleep habit can wreak havoc on one’s EQ.

IMO, it doesn’t matter much when you’re doing your PE, but it matters much if it interferes with a good night’s sleep. :)

Tea helps me to fall asleep fast. Also most people need about 8 hours of sleep to get a real good restitution, and I think that includes rebuilding the “damage” to your dick. I´m curious about this, I have a very healthy diet and always get a lot of sleep. After PE my dick feels sore, but the next day I´m ready for action again. I wonder if this is due to under training or good diet and sleep? Think I will start a new thread about it when I have the “privilege” to do so (newbie). Also I take ZMA, that really helps you sleep deep at night. When you wake up it feels like you have passed out for days. Not so good if you have to wake up early though, lol.

100 push ups at 10pm followed by abs or other exercises until you get tired, drinking before going to bed is not to good ideea becose you will not sleep well and probably wake up to pis int the middle of the night.

Doing exercises before sleep may work for some but it surely doesn’t work for all, because if you exert yourself you’ll have a surge of cortisol which will keep you awake for several hours.

I have definitely noticed a decrease in EQ when my sleep pattern is disrupted, especially when the disruption means less sleep. Also, my workouts at the gym suffer along with my attention span.

God I love sleep!
