Base of shaft exercises for girth?

Base of shaft exercises for girth?

Almost all exercises seem to promote whats refered to here as the “baseball bat effect”, and I was wondering if there were any excercises specifically designed for the very lower and base of the shaft? Common sense told me erect bending at the very base and lower half would work.. anyone else have any input?

Pumping works the base well.

any manual exercises? can’t afford pumps/hanging devices plus it doesn’t really appeal to me..

Yes, bending seems to work the base along with the rest of the shaft. I don’t know if it would even out an existing bat shape.

As far as I can tell they are. I’ve never done anything specific for base girth, yet it’s 1/2” bigger than the mid-shaft measurment. I haven’t done a pump only routine since around the time I started PE.
