LV, I started doing some lifts with a single golf weight yesterday (not very heavy). I actually have fantastic ROM, so that’s good to know. My question is, I can only do about 10 lifts at a time before my erection subsides. Do you think doing these consistently will help with the endurance of the erection while kegeling? And secondly, should I do the recommended 100 reps with the single golf weight for a few more days, or just jump into an additional weight and less reps? Thanks again.
