LV, I started doing some lifts with a single golf weight yesterday (not very heavy). I actually have fantastic ROM, so that’s good to know. My question is, I can only do about 10 lifts at a time before my erection subsides. Do you think doing these consistently will help with the endurance of the erection while kegeling? And secondly, should I do the recommended 100 reps with the single golf weight for a few more days, or just jump into an additional weight and less reps? Thanks again.

If you do split the pumping sets, try to keep the sets joined in hot and cold. If you only have time to do two in one session, do one hot one followed by a cold one.

Could you please clarify - if you split the four sets into two sessions it should be (HH) and (CC) or (HC) and (HC)?

Move it closer to your body so you are able to do more IMO.

I’m new to PE, only a few weeks, but I like the idea of starting the stamina training, pushing past the PONR.

Should I do stimulate myself to increase stamina before or after my manual stretching and jelqing routine?

Kudos for a very nice article, Long Vehicle.

I don`t see myself implementing the full routine, but I can definitely see myself using parts of it.
