My starting stats were probably about 7” NBP, 5.25” EG. I’ve been PEing off and on for about 2 years. Taken breaks every now and then. Honestly almost all my gains were probably made in the first 6-8 months.
Taking breaks with working out has always been tough for me, but if it’s the smart thing to do I’ll do it. I did take a 1 week break back just before New Years, but haven’t had any breaks for the last 2 months. So how long would be good? I see some people saying 2 weeks, some saying 2 months. Right now I’m thinking 2 weeks off starting now, then I’ll start up again using some of those new techniques.
