Been stuck for months, looking for some advanced techniques...
I’ll get right down to it. I haven’t gained in at least 6 months. I’ve stuck with stretching and jelqing, trying different variations in order to produce gains. Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked. I do about 40 minutes a day, 6 days a week of PE. One rest day per week. Usually stretching and jelquing is split about 50/50. I stretch in all different directions, used hot and cold water during stretching, and done jelqs, jelqing while kegeling, and jelqing with a stretch at the end of each stroke (I jelq at about 10-60%). I’ve also been doing fowfers (I think that’s what they’re called) to stretch without having to tie up my hands. I do that probably for about 100-120 minutes a week (I don’t count those in my 40 minutes a day).
It’s discouraging, to say the least. I don’t know if maybe I’m maxed out? I sure hope not. I’m hoping someone can tell me some better techniques to try, maybe something that helped break through a plateau? Right now I’m going for length. My stats are:
About 7.75” NBP, 8.25” BP
5.5” EG
I realize my stats are pretty good already, but I still want to get bigger. It’s an ego thing, I’ll admit it. I really would like to reach 9” NBP, but it’s looking tougher and tougher. I will try whatever routine or exercise necessary to gain more, as long as it gets me going in the right direction. Thanks.
