Bends and results

Can someone who has been doing erect bends and who has had girth gains from them please tell me approximatly how long it took to see some gains.

girth gains came fast really fast.

I also do erect bends, have always been doing them.

I stopped a few years ago, but am doing them since the last few months.

Be careful not to break the tissue or the CC

My penis used to be 1” to the left it now is about 0.25” to the left, the curvage got a little less. I can’t tell you how long it took, I can only say be VERY CAREFULL.

Erect bends are also good for length—believe it or not!!!!!

So what is the best number of bends to do?
