Personally I’m partial to using sweat pants material and heavy theraband over it as a traction wrap. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day and it’s by far the stealthiest IMO. Not to mention that you can apply it before an hanging session and not worry about turtling in the interim because you simply leave it on. My only issue with this is night time wear if only I could find something safe to wear at night while I sleep because I believe this to be the best healing time.

Only had 1, but I must say golf weights + wrap = hell of an ADS. As a bonus, what a bulge! But that can be said for most ADSs.
