For your first month, do jelqs for girth. They might help your length too. After a month, and it IS imperative taht you don’t jump into these, because they can fuck you up, try Ulis. Do them for awhile, see how they work. If they don’t cause any injury, then try squeezes, If they don’t injur you, try erect bending or DLD Bends. Try them in this order, in my opinion, it will get more intense as you go. Look up my video thread if you have any questions, it’s in the member’s forum.
BTW, I think DLD Bends are the best girth exercise, and I started where you are in girth.
