Best exercise for GIRTH??

Hey guys, newbie here.

I’ve been having really great results with length, after only about three weeks. I think I’m pretty close to where I need to be with length, but I’d like it to be thicker, by far. I’m not quite 5” in girth when erect.

Just wondering, is there a consensus on the best exercise for girth?

You are probably not yet ready for the “best” exercises for girth. But for now you could increase the level of erection on your jelqs to say 75-80% and slow down the strokes to 4-5 seconds. After a couple of months you could look up uli’s and Horses’ (squezes).

I was just curious…what lengthening exercise do you do? What were your stats prior to PE? What are your stats now?

For your first month, do jelqs for girth. They might help your length too. After a month, and it IS imperative taht you don’t jump into these, because they can fuck you up, try Ulis. Do them for awhile, see how they work. If they don’t cause any injury, then try squeezes, If they don’t injur you, try erect bending or DLD Bends. Try them in this order, in my opinion, it will get more intense as you go. Look up my video thread if you have any questions, it’s in the member’s forum.

BTW, I think DLD Bends are the best girth exercise, and I started where you are in girth.

I’ve been using two-way length exercises, as deliniated at big-penis.com.

I started at about 5” NBPL, and now I’m over 5.5” NBPL. All this has happened in less than four weeks.

However, I’m still lagging at about 4.5” erect girth. From what I hear, that takes time to work on.

can u give us a more detailed explanation of these lengthening exercises. i mean half a inch in 4 weeks is pretty good. can u give us some info on what kind of lengtening exercises they got u doing.

Great reminder of just how dangerous PE can be. If done carefully and correctly you can get a bigger dick without serious injury. Don’t break your dick.
