This is the exercise that works for me: I take a length of 3/4” wide Velcro strap that has a tab sewn on one end for quick release. I wrap it around my flaccid penis tightly. I work my penis into the hardest erection I can muster. You will notice that by placing the strap on before the erection, it will leave your penis strangely malleable. I do my PE in the bathroom which is warm, private and next to the shower which I use as a part of the process later on. While I’m there, I use plain old Pantene hair conditioner with a tiny bit of water as lube. It’s cheap, very effective and I think it also conditions the skin on my penis in a healthy way. Next I do a reverse OK, gripping the base with one of my hands, placing another reverse OK grip right next to it. So, now I have two reverse OKs gripping as tight as I can squeeze at the very base of my penis. I slide the foremost hand forward. As I do so, I close my rearward hand, one finger at a time as space becomes available. Each finger must squeeze the blood forward with as much pressure as possible. When the pinkie of the rear hand finally gets laid down, the OK grip of the forward hand will be backed up against it, and the fingers of the forward hand will close, one by one as tightly as possible. Without loosening the rear OK grip, I pump that section being held by the rear hand in a “rolling wave” motion. I do the same with the forward hand. After a bit (some seconds.15-20) I move the forward OK grip, lifting up one finger at a time as it goes past the head, still squeezing as hard as I can. While I do this, I am still pumping the shaft with the rear hand. I let go, then with the edge of one hand under my shaft, serving as a fulcrum, I do some bends (firm, but not too hard!); sliding the bottom edge to a point about midway on the shaft, which is where it becomes too difficult to safely bend my penis. I then start the whole process over and I do this for about a 1/2 hour.
When I’m done, I take off the Velcro and masturbate until my penis is fully erect without any constriction. Using the same lube, I do this until I at the edge of orgasm when every stroke is likely to send me over the brink. Every time I feel like I’m about to come I grip my PC muscle and let go of my penis. I do this, at this point every few seconds for about a 1/2 hour. This will condition your PC muscle and teach you how to have multiple orgasms. I can have micro-orgasms of sorts without coming with this technique. I think that this part is important because I want to make sure that I can maintain a solid erection without the aid of a cock ring and that I can use the fat hog I am creating to provide optimum pleasure for both my women and myself.
One last thing, I have been doing PE for a long time. This an exercise that I came up with only a couple of years ago. My penis is toughened by years of PE, if you are a newbie, do not do this exercise. You will blow a vein easily. For the old timers, this is the way to go.
