Almost all of my gains are from manaul.

Interesting read. As a newbie I do wish there was the best PE technique, as frankly, they all suck as far as time and effort are concerned. It takes a long time just to gain 1”, the gains are not spectacular. I haven’t had any gains yet, a swollen, purple penis from pumping, and stinging pain from my circ scar from jelqing, but I am doing the manuals. PE is not just a marathon it is a triathlon that includes a marathon run.

People mention weight loss a lot here but I am surprised to see that posture is rarely mentioned. If you have anterior pelvic tilt and you correct it, you will improve your NBP and your flaccid length.

How common is anterior pelvic tilt? I looked it up on google, postural problems are not uncommon but the anterior pelvic tilt, I don’t think so. Gait problems which start in infancy is far more common, things like toe walking, people wearing ridiculous shoes.

Overweight people are common everywhere in the world. Here in Australia where I live, the Indigenous Australians who are 60 years separated from being hunter gatherers and when they were slim and rangy in build are all overweight and obese. Most of White Australians are overweight as in 20 kg to 30 kg overweight. It is the major cause of ill health, and without the medications available would be the major underlying cause of early death.

So yes, walking around with anterior pelvic tilts would pull the genitals inward but it is not a major cause of buried dick or small dick sticking out of the bodies of many men.

Anterior pelvic tilt is very common. It is caused by tight hip flexors from prolonged sitting. We all sit a lot from working desk jobs, watching TV, and sitting in traffic. You may not notice how bad your anterior pelvic tilt is if your fat pad is big though.

I voted for manual exercises as that’s where the majority of my gains came from. Overall they seem a bit hazardous since you’re just feeling everything out and you can’t reliably say how much force you’re using.

Extenders and pumps seem promising, just haven’t had long enough to observe long term results from them.

Manuals for sure. Without manuals you learn nothing. A pump in the hands of an experienced manual practicioner is way more useful.

Oh lord this! one thing I did was buy a really nice chair with lumbar support, as well as lifting with a trainer who checks my form constantly. Between posture, pumping, and weight loss, I’ve gone from having a turtle dick to being obscene in certain pants. I’m in between sizes so when I size down it looks like my bulge enters the room a whole 2 steps before I do. Looks confident too

I think it was your signature that made it stick in my head. Lol.

I sit squarely on the fence on this question. I am finding that my preferred method changes with my short term goals. When I’m working on girth, I do more clamping and pumping. When I want length, I’ll hang or pump with a smaller diameter tube.

Why not work on both at the same time like I do?

I don’t know ErnieB, I am not sure that pumping works at least permanently. I have seen the results of vigorous pumpers and they are horrible, deforming. I have a Bathmate but I have decided to use it just once a week as all it seems to do is give me a temporary inflated look, and a purple bruise.

I’ll stick to the manuals.

Sounds like you need a bit better conditioning before you pump regularly. Conditioning takes time.

I think pumping can be effective at promoting growth but within reason. With safe pressure, duration, and supplementing other exercises I think it has potential for long term growth. Permanent is a shaky word with PE because it seems like with an extended break from any routine you’ll experience losses.

If you’re getting bruising reggularly you might be using too much pressure

There is someone here who pumps for 1 hour, talk to him about using too much pressure and overusage. I follow the instructions, obviously there are men who can jelq and do the manual stretches, hang and use an extender who will not gain. They don’t have the genetic base to gain. PE is not a one size fits all group of techniques, it works for many and doesn’t for the few. With Bathmate, it causes bruising on me no matter how I use the pump, over pumping usually produces edema, that swelling around the glans, it is obvious. I just get the bruise basically from the first 2 usages of the hand pump attachment. The fact is the Bathmate water pump is not as wonderful a method of giving permanent gains in girth or length without causing minor injuries like the bruising that its makers state. Blaming the user is like blaming the victim in crime. Pumping works for you, great, for me it is problematic. Penis discoloration is the most common effect of using penis pumps.
