Corpus Cavernosum growth

If one looks at an anatomical view of the penile structure you’d see that the Corpus Cavernosum looks much like a sponge.
When a sponge is dry it shrinks. If the sponge is saturated with fluid it expands. So how can the physiological structure of the Corpus Cavernosum expand and grow?
Stretching is part of the equation, and in my opinion the most effective way to stretch it is with weight hanging. The most advanced stretch is the BUNDLE. It will produce the greatest amount of stress on that area of the penis.
Pumping is the second part of the growth formula. Pumping forces expansion and in turn generates the ability for the Corpus Cavernosum to hold more blood / fluid. Essentially saturating the sponge and forcing it to hold more fluid. When erect that spongy tissue expands beyond what would be it’s normal condition after months / years of training. Working on erection quality is vitally important when working on increasing length and girth. What good is a bigger penis if you can’t get a good firm erection?
