There will be stretching with this, but this part is where I was wondering if it would be better to do it one way or the other :
Routine 1
5min jelq
20min pump
10min jelq
20min pump
10min jelp
20min pump
5min jelq
Routine 2
30 min jelq
3 - 20min pump
Routine 3
15-20min jelq
3-20min pump
15-20min jelq
Which routine should I use? Or should I use all and just rotate every other week or something?
