When doing it, you can actually discover some weak spots (fatigue, pleasant dull sensation). I always was getting fatigue in my right side, maybe because penis was pointing little to the left. Some girth work after stretching is helpful to restore the blood circulation, but you know that. Maybe you have to start doing stretching every day instead of having days off?
Indeed, grip fatigue is another problem, but I guess I could stretch so much because my hands are used to heavy loads thanks to gym.
When I started out I worked out all angles (SU, SO, SD, left, right). I also had a period with V stretches and A stretches, both manual and with assistance (cylindrical objects). Only in last few months (after gaining some decent length) have I dropped everything but SD stretching and started doing BTC stretching. It helped me gain more because of heavy ligament load.
I think there’s still room to gain length, but at this point I’d really like to try something else, I’m almost decided to go for girth, I’d just like to hear more opinions.
If it takes 1 hour of PE every day for another year (or even more) just to gain 0.5”, I think I’m better off going with girth. When it comes to girth exercises, my penis is still fresh and I think clamping would really pay off.
Besides, I can always take another deconditioning break and give it another try (be it length or girth).

Clamping for sure works but it is far easier to over do and requires you to really pay attention at all times to minimize the risk of injury. Also, discoloration is easily avoidable with due diligence. While I believe some are susceptible to it, I believe most people are irresponsible and that’s what turns it into permanent discoloration.
Well, then you see where I’m coming from. :) 55 minutes of stretching is a lot. Especially compared to how easy clamping is. You just put it on and turn the stopwatch on while watching a movie and monitoring the color every minute or so.
I did a lot of research on clamping and I’ll be careful. I’ll start out with just 2 sets of 5 minutes and gradually increase to 3 sets of 10 minutes over the weeks/months.
