Blood Thickening and PE
Anyone ever thought about blood thickening as a way to help PE?
I have hear Vitamin K to be a great blood thickener, and also help with overall health and bone strength.
Green Fleshy Vegetables seem to have some of the highest amounts of Vitamin K and since broccoli is my favorite, I think I will try eating 2 to 3 servings a day.
Any thoughts?
