BTC-stretch, only for flaccid?
Hi,
Here’s my stretch routine (changes quite often while trying out new exercises)
-5min warmup
5x3min stretching
2x2min 2-way stretch
2x2min BTC-stretch
,,,,
Now what I wonder is… The BTC-stretch have been compared with the “sit-down-stretch”, that only affects flaccid length…
Is it the same with the BTC? Does it not make your penis longer while erect?
And am I doing a proper amount of stretch of the BTC, 2x2min? Or should I divide it to 30sec stretches?
