Bundled Squeezes
Started doing these about six months ago and couldn’t find any threads on them so I figured I’d share. I’m sure they’ve been tried before but here’s my experience.
Probably more accurate to call them twisted squeezes as I only twist about 180 degrees. I think ideal erection level is around 90%. You want the twist evenly spread along length of shaft, if you twist too much it’s uncomfortable and twist gets shifted to one spot like a balloon.
You hold at glans and squeeze just enough to stop blood going into glans when you start the squeeze with other hand. I started with squeezes alternating along shaft or holding a squeeze midshaft for 30 seconds. Now I usually do a slow dry jelqing motion for 10-25 reps and then retwist and switch hands.
I waited six months to share because, although I really like them I wanted to see if they were effective for me. Lately i’ve been getting 1/16 to an 1/8 inch better measurements but I’m not ready to report official gains but confident that I have gained something.
My routine is whenever I wake up with morning erection. So it could be every day or several days off. In the beginning I was doing 20-30 minutes but the last couple months have been more like 10-15 minute workouts. If I squeeze to hard and lose erection at any time I stop workout there.
As far as intensity, go as hard as is comfortable. I think the twist acts like a clamp at base so you can focus on squeezing the shaft and not worry about trapping the blood in penis. I’m using my morning erection so no mental stimulation is necessary and the exercise itself maintains my erection level. I don’t use a heat source but have blanket covering me and my legs are sweating when I finish.
