Vstretch+ Bundled Stretch

Is combining these dangerous? Too much tension?

They seem to work well together. I just feel like there’s too much force going on.

Oh, and how long do you guys stay twisted for when doing bundles. I feel like one minute is ok but again, sometimes it seems a bit much.

What exactly is the bundled stretch?

It’s DLD’s name for stretching while twisted. Be careful with these, especially when combined with V or fulcrum stretching.

I think you’d be more likely to get injured doing twisted V-stretches than regular V-stretches.

i seem to get such great stretches from them, yet at the same time the concept makes it seem like something’s not right.

How much do you twist it and how much force do you approximately apply?

How long have you been doing these? Do they bring good gains?
