Cable Clamps in the UK?

Hi Guys,

I’ve been trying to source cable clamps here in the UK, thus far, no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also, what size do I need, medium?

B&Q certainly had them last year. They did a pack containing four, two small (approx 1 inch opening), 1 large (1 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch opening) and 1 medium (which is what you are looking for) The small sizes are really useful for digital camera leads etc

I never tracked any down at my local B&Q though they are stocked in the larger stores apparently. Instead I ordered a pack from Home in the States whcih arrived in about a week - best investment I ever made. ;)

Oh and MEDIUM. Always always always MEDIUM.

Drilla, can i ask how much shipping was?

Hmmm hard to remember, I seem to recall the total expenditure for 20 clamps and shipping was about £25-30. Worth every penny if you ask me, plus you can offer your spares away. Mine have all gone now.

If that’s a bit steep for you, try ‘cable clamp’ in the online B&Q search, they have multipacks with 1 medium clamp for 50p or something silly like that, if they stock near your postcode then track them down. I don’t think they offer them online which is a shame.

I ordered a pack of 13 medium clamps from cableclamp.com on th 2nd of this month for $24.95 and $6.40 for shipping. Havent recieved them yet, hopefully by the end of the week. (not sure if they still do them in 20 packs)

Ah that looks more likely, what RodneysRocket says. It seems clamping can affect long term memory LOL. Either way it’s a hell of a lot cheaper than other PE ‘devices’, plus you can actually clamp cables with them, which is nice. :)

I have been using an adjustable cock ring and adjusting down as required. Problem was it was a narrow cord. Solved by using a piece of mouse-mat as a wrapper which is suggested elsewhere. Seems comfortable. Not been using it long but I get the impression it is working. I often use it for 5 mins or so while shaving in the morning, after some jelqs.

The clamps came today, which is 1 week from when I ordered, so thats pretty quick delivery.

No need to worry about extra costs as their isnt any.:)
