The Drilla’s clamp and vincenzo were very educational. I’m going for clamping because I got a bit of length from the newbie routine, which was great, but I’d like to even it out with some girth gains.
I’m thinking I’ll do on my 2 girth days- 10 min warm 4x5 minute clamp sessions (5 min edge in between ) - 10 min cool down. Would ya’ll say that’s reasonable?
