OK, I’m still in newbie mode, but I’ve been getting my game plan together. In another 2 months, I plan on adding clamping to my routine. I have one problem. I bought a pack of cable clamps yesterday, it had medium and small clamps, I tried the medium clamps on to see how it would fit, but when I tighten it up all the way, it seems a tad too loose. I’m 5.25 around, obviously the small clamps are way too small. Is there like another size in between people use? I’m really confused with this?

I think many people put some kind of padding on the inside of the clamps. This makes it much more comfortable to wear and makes the inside circumference smaller and allows for more pressure. You just have to decide how many layers to put.

5.25” girth and the medium cable clamps don’t fit good? I find that hard to believe because I’m at 4” girth and I use the medium cable clamps. I take some paper towel, fold it a couple times and wrap it around my base then I put the clamp on. I click all the way until the second from the last, sometimes even the last click when I’m going intense. Play around with some padding, you’ll find that 5.25 is way more than you need to fill up that clamp.

I got mine at Walmart and it came in a pack too. I use the Medium one and have a similar girth as you. I took a neoprene collapsible Koozie and cut it length wise and is that as the padding between clamp and penis.

Ahh, yes, padding, I a neoprene koozie sounds like that would do the trick, thanks guys.

Your right, I’m a moron (seriously). I tried the clamp on again today. Yesterday I tried it after I was done with my workout and I was already hard. For whatever reason it didn’t seem to fit right. Today, I put it on first, played with it till close to hard and all the viens got hard as hell, along with my unit feelin very swelled up, no padding. I think I might just try using the theraband my Bib came with, that seems like it would work nice. Of course, I am just trying to get technique down now, as I don’t plan on doing serious clamp work just yet.

Oh, btw, when I put the clamp on, measured girth for the hell of it, inside the clamp (only about 30 seconds in) I was in the 5.75+ ball park at mid shaft, I got a feeling I’m going to like this clamping thing when I get to it down the road!

Not to sound like a shill for Monty or anything, but you seriously should look into his “Air Clamp” It is absolutely the best clamp out there. Comfortable, easy to use, and is quick-release for safety. I get great expansion with mine, at least a full 1/4+ inch more than normal EG. I have been getting girth gains from it, or at least from incorporating it into the rest of my routine. I honestly believe it is far safer than the cable clamps, and likely more effective in the long run. No elaborate wrapping, fucking around wasting time, etc. I’d look into it. Best 30 bucks I ever spent on PE

I think its closer to $40. Not raining on parade, as I too think it is amazing. Hell, I wouldn’t know that the price jumped (it used to be $30) without me researching it. I’m going to buy one within the next month.

Just looking for some advice. I’ve recently finished the newbie routine and my penis is good and conditioned. I’m going to incorporate clamping soon. As of now, I do Mon ( Length ) Tues ( Girth ) Wed ( Off ) and Thur ( Length ) Fri ( Girth ) with Sat/Sun off. For my Girth days, what would be a good easy schedule to ease into clamping?

If you had gains with the newbie routine, I suggest : stick with that.
