Calorie balance theory...
I cant do any excercises for another week, I managed to thrombose myself…
Anyway I’m into weightlifting, I know its impossible to gain any added muscle mass or size without being in a positive calorie balance. I know the ligaments and such are different from what is involved but does anyone have any ideas about this.
I looked back on my excercises and I had gained very little most of that time I was in excellent shape and on a cutting - negative calorie - cycle
Im bulking now and wonder if there would be any correlation
