hey,

currently i do 30 minutes of jelqing a day after i get out of the shower (equivalent to a hot wrap IMO). but i do no stretching.

i mean ZERO! i want to incorperate a 1/2 hour stretching exercise into my plan. firstly, should do it before or after my jelquing? and secondly: which stretches have you guys noticed the largest gains with?

i am willing to spend an hour a night on PE simply because i usually watch TV in my room while im doing it. but i only do 1/2 hour of jelqs. i’ve had great results with this (around an inch in length) but i want more length. my goal is to be 9.5” and im currently 8”. please help me out.

ps. im not going to buy any devices or anything. im just looking for manual stretches.

That isn’t easy to answer, but I try to help ya out a little. Traditionally people have advised that you should do stretching before going to jelquing. Anyway, that wasn’t the way I made gains. I don’t know if it was the fact that I started doing stretches after jelquing, or was it that I started doing JAIs instead of basic static stretches… At the moment I’m experimenting with DLD’s bundled stretches, which might bring me some more gains.

All this said, I can’t give you a straight answer. You have to try different things, and you should be able to tell which works best for you based on your observations. e.g. Check out your FSBPL immediately after stretches (use about the same amount of time), the type of stretch (static stretches, JAIs, DLD blasters) that will give you most length, concentrate on it then.

Might want to start off a little lighter than 1/2. Not sure how long you’ve been doing PE, but it’s easy to injure yourself if suddenly start stretching madly.

Good question, it’s been batted around here a bit. Seems like most guys prefer to stretch after jelqing. I myself do alternate sets, jelq, then stretch, then jelq, then stretch. But really you have to see what is comfortable and effective for you.

which stretches have you guys noticed the largest gains with?
I personally like:
V-Stretches

Dual Fulcrum stretch


JAI’s


DLD’s A Stretch
and

Memento’s Coke Can Stretch
- or variations therein.

Go easy at first. Seems a couple of us incurred thrombosed veins from stretching too hard too soon.

hey Popp, the effort it took for me to get from the 8” point to the 9.5” point I think was not as smart as it could have been. It took a long time and much exercise which I think was totally unnessasary. Now the the incredible gains I have made since 9.5” was easy in comparison because I think I worked smarter not harder. With my 20 minute DLD Blaster session followed by a 5 minute JAI session (this fits into your 30 minute time frame) The gains came quickly with much less effort. It sounds like you have a very well conditioned penis. You may even consider some advanced moves like the DLD Bends.
