Multiple reasons can be cited here.
- Tiredness, stress would easily cause the bad quality of erection.
- If you have over trained your penis last few days, it is pretty common not to have hard erection in the day after.
- You might haven’t warmed up enough. Some PEers don’t really need to warm up before Jelqing, but trust me, warming up your penis is really important and helpful, especially for better erection.
- You Jelqed too hard
I can’t think of any other reasons for now :) But here my 2 easy tips : 10 minutes of warming up before jelqing and touching your glans when your penis starts to subside.
