I gotta agree…Cap’n is a very clever guy. I have had homemade hangers that barely let me hang 14 pounds comfortably. (Don’t worry have been manual PE’ing for about a year, then hanging 5,7,10lbs over last couple of months). Although my device differs slightly in materials, the cap’n principle is there, and boy does is grip much better than my previous effigies.

I am now hanging 17lb comfortably. kudos to you man.

I have been wanting to contribute but have been skint lately. I am definitely going to see what I can muster. This is fantastic.

I love velcro!

I also love bicycle innertubes (length strips that are my poor mans thereband :p
